Since 2008, Ryan has been an expert in short sales and distressed properties. While most agents were only able to close about 2/3 of their short sales, Ryan has a near 100% success rate. His business acumen and management skills obtained throughout his entrepreneurial background allow him to navigate and handle complex situations helping his clients.

Ryan’s success in distressed property is based on experience in the construction industry and years of fixing distressed homes. He is also an active investor in flipping properties and has extensive hands-on knowledge on renovating and remodeling properties. He has sold, purchased and renovated short sales, foreclosures, REOs (bank-owned), probates, and just plain beat-up properties that need some TLC.

Matthew immigrated from Vietnam to America as one of the "boat people" in 1979 and lived all his life in Southern California. Matthew is able to leverage both Asian and American cultures. He speaks both Vietnamese and English and helped numerous families in their investments, purchases and selling of their properties.

Matthew graduated from UCI in Computer Science and UCLA Anderson for his MBA. Matthew manages his single-family and multi-family unit rentals throughout Orange County. With his technical and analytical skills, he can help you analyze your investments confidently. Matthew's strengths are internalization his fiduciary duty to his clients and his work ethics to get the job done right.
